HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION
Per the updated Baltimore City mask mandate masks asks are no longer required while inside Baltimore Soundstage. Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performance, including, without limitation, required: temperature checks, testing, vaccination verification, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public local health guidance and applicable law. Updates will be communicated to ticket buyers in advance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. Guests with accessibility questions, or who require additional assistance related to the venue’s COVID-19 policies may email DaveJr@BaltimoreSoundstage.com Please note: Our events are being planned at full capacity, subject to applicable law and governmental approval.
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can purchase tickets online at www.baltimoresoundstage.com and www.ticketmaster.com. You can also purchase tickets at our box office with a reduced fee. Our box office hours are Wednesday – Saturday 12-6pm and is located at the venue.
WHERE IS THE BOX OFFICE LOCATED? (VENUE)
Our box office is located at the front of the venue, 124 Market Place, Baltimore MD, 21202. It is open during all shows and Wednesday – Saturday 12pm-6pm.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges. In the event of a show cancellation or postponement, refunds are available at the point of purchase.
IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE VENUE?
-Since the venue is located in the downtown/inner harbor area there are many great parking options available within just a few blocks.
-Soundstage is pleased to partner with ARRIVE to help make your concert experience that much more hassle free! Visit ParkWhiz to reserve your parking space at the Harbor Park Garage — located conveniently across the street and just steps away from the venue.
-Soundstage is pleased to partner up with Harbor Park Garage to provide discounted inner harbor parking for patrons and concert goers. Located at 55 Market Place, this facility provides a safe, clean and secure place to park. You can get a parking validation chaser for the box office or from the door staff on your way out of the venue for the evening.
CAN I ENTER THE VENUE USING MY MOBILE DEVICE AS A TICKET?
Yes, tickets purchased online can be printed or scanned directly from your mobile phone. When using your mobile device to scan a ticket, ensure the ticket is open on your phone and the brightness is turned all the way up.
WHERE IS WILL CALL LOCATED?
Our box office doubles as Will Call during shows. Will call is available when the doors open for a show. Please have identification ready and available when coming to pickup a ticket.
DO I NEED MY ID TO COME TO A SHOW?
No, unless a show is specifically listed as 18+ or 21+ our shows are all ages. In the event of a show with an age restriction, you will need a VALID government issued, non-expired, photo ID. The same applies if you wish to purchase and consume alcohol. An ID is absolutely necessary regardless of your age to procure alcohol, and Maryland residents must present a horizontal ID. If you are caught buying, drinking or even holding alcohol without appropriate identification you will be ejected from the venue.
ARE THERE SEATS AVAILABLE?

CAN I USE A VAPE / E-CIG IN THE VENUE? (SMOKING POLICY)
No, all smoking, traditional and electronic, is prohibited inside of the venue. Failure to comply can result in ejection from the venue. There is a designated smoking area available outside for your use.
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
Unfortunately no, our venue has a no re-entry policy. After you redeem your ticket you can no longer leave the premises and come back. We do however have a designated smoking area outside of the venue that you can use during the show. Though typically open, the smoking area’s availability is subject to change.
ARE THERE ANY LOCAL HOTELS YOU’D RECOMMEND?
Yes! With our central downtown location there are a number of hotels within walking distance of Baltimore Soundstage. DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?
Coat check is available seasonally, and its availability is subject to room format and show conditions. You can call ahead to inquire about the availability for any given show.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
The venue must abide by photo policies set forth by the acts performing on any given evening. Thus the policy is subject to change on a nightly basis. The most common guidelines we have to follow are as followed:
No video, no professional cameras (i.e. detachable or large lenses) and absolutely no use of flash. Cameras that do not fit in a shirt pocket, even without a detachable lens, are likely to be denied. GoPro’s, iPads, tablets and like products fall under the photo & video category and likewise are not permitted. However, each artist(s) have their own rules and we are contractually obligated to enforce those rules. If you are uncomfortable leaving your camera in your car in the event you will not be allowed to bring it in, please call ahead for the evenings photo policy.
Professional audio & video are strictly prohibited without express written consent from the artist or venue.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE? WHAT ELSE CAN I NOT BRING INTO THE VENUE?
The venue does not have a specific dress code but we do have some basic rules to ensure all customers have an enjoyable and safe experience. No knives or weapons of any kind, even those attached or apart of clothing are permitted into the venue. Chains/Wallet Chains, spikes, bullet belts and the like are often banned by the artist performing on a particular evening so it is best not to bring them. No clothing or body art with images, wording or slogans that may be deemed homophobic, racist or offensive will not be permitted into the venue. The venue in its sole discretion shall determine any such violation and may refuse entry to any patron displaying such clothing. Sharpies, markers, paint pens and other items of the like are prohibited inside the venue.
*We reserve the right to search customers upon entry for any illegal or contraband material. If said material is found or customer refuses to undergo the search, the venue reserves the option to deny entry without a refund.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE VENUE?
– We do not allow any outside food or drink into the venue. We have a kitchen open and 3 fully stocked bars that include water, soda and juices.
– If you are going to require prescription medicine during your short stay at our venue, we ask that you please carry it in its original container and have ID matching the prescription.
*We reserve the right to search customers upon entry for any illegal or contraband material. If said material is found or customer refuses to undergo the search, the venue reserves the option to deny entry without a refund.
Is Baltimore Soundstage ADA compliant?
Baltimore Soundstage is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant state and local laws.
All customers with visual, hearing, or mobility disabilities which need an accommodation are directed to contact our Box Office at BoxOffice@BaltimoreSoundstage.com or 410-244-0057 in advance. Our box office will advise customers regarding available seating and other provided services. The venue and it’s general admission areas are all wheelchair accessible.
ADA seating is sold on a first come, first serve basis. When such seating is sold out, we will be unable to accommodate guests seeking such seats.
Any guest needing assistance upon arrival should proceed to the Box Office. Be advised that Soundstage personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain such seats.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST SOMETHING IN THE VENUE?
If you think you have left anything at the venue after a show, please feel free to call us (410-244-0057) or visit us during box office hours.
-If you do not contact us within 7 days after the event, we will consider the item abandoned and all serviceable items will donated to a local charity.
WHEN DOES MY FAVORITE BAND GO ON?
Door times listed on your ticket are not set times. Set times are subject to change without notice and typically not available until the day of show. We suggest you come when the doors open and enjoy the venue and full lineup of talent provided.
